Black storm clouds.

Some people liken it to a black dog, but mine is like a dense, black storm cloud.

So dark and stormy that not even the faintest chinks of light or love or hope can get through.

Sometimes it seems like the storm will never break.

Thanks ladies! Much love to you both.

I will be, and am, mostly, fine. I'm doing all the right things and looking after myself as well as I can.

It's just that I don't think mental illness is something that should not be discussed. I know Lady Elaine agrees with me on this one! I've always been totally frank about what's going on with me - the best way to de-mystify something is to talk about it. Perhaps I should have a think about this a bit more and dedicate a whole post to it?

Darkest before dawn and all that... and that photo of the black clouds looks amazing. Storm clouds and black dogs can at least be stunning.
